Theraputic Accelerator
Using LLMs within a RAG architecture to access and summarize documents from a public research data center called Semantic Scholars. With over 400,000 documents related to science and limited resources, we used a conditional generator model from huggingface to ingest and summarize documents. The purpose of this project was to help reduce the time to market required for research into new medicine and pharamcies.
